  • This is the traditional and most popular option. Weekly therapy works so that we can develop rapport and begin working towards your goals quickly. This option provides the best container for you each week.

  • Recommended for those who feel like they need extra support. Whether you are struggling with a current crisis, more acute symptoms, or simply feel like you might need more support, we are able to provide that for you with twice per week therapy.

  • For those suffering with anxiety at meal times, we provide coaching through meals. We will sit with you to help you through the meal, managing your anxiety, noting some disordered patterns, and providing distraction, so you can get in appropriate nutrition while managing the anxiety.
